WHAT TO EXPECT

In a few words: a great experience! I want you to feel comfortable and confident that we'll capture the best moments in our photo session.

I'll coach you through our session so you don't need to worry about how things will progress. However, spontaneity and playfulness go a very long way in capturing emotionally filled candid moments.

I take many photos during our session and meticulously handpick the best shots for editing. Unlike many photographers who batch edit, which can often yield unsatisfactory results, I adopt a different approach: each photo is individually edited to meet the highest standards and reflect the kind of quality I would personally be happy to receive. This includes acne removal, skin shine removal, eye enhancements, hair corrections, teeth whitening, lint removal, object removal, lighting adjustments, and compositing techniques that are in harmony with the original setting and intent of the captured photos.

As a result, you can expect fewer photos delivered compared to the average photographer, but with far superior results. Typically photographers will promise something like 200 photos/hour, but what they don't tell you is that 100 of the photos are in color, and other other 100 are the same photos in black and white. It is so easy nowadays to apply black and white filters that I leave it up to the client to decide if a photo should be in black and white. The edited photos will be uploaded to Pixieset and shared via an open link.

I also don't like pushing clients into a legal box with my contract, so I've tried to make my contract as open and reasonable as possible - this needs to be signed and submitted prior to any photoshoot. That being said, I'm also open to negotiating the contract if you feel something is unreasonable. If you'd like to see the contact, please contact me and I'd be happy to provide you a copy!

Turnaround time for small photoshoots is typically 14 days.

I'd be happy to share with you my full high definition albums; websites tend to compress and degrade the actual quality of the photos. If you'd like to see these, I'd be happy to share full high definition albums with you upon request.
